Apartments.com was returning to The Big Game™️ with a big fat sci-fi epic of a spot. So, we teased it like a big fat sci-fi epic. The spot is called “Extrater-rent-rials,” but I did the extra bits.

Teaser Drop

The “movie” teaser debuted during college football semi-finals, followed by a Times Square takeover. We even made it IG official.

Creator Conjecture

Some film and entertainment creators caught wind of the teasers somehow (we paid them), and the hype cycle continued on TikTok.

Countdown

All the billboards, teasers, and TikToks lead to a cryptic landing page where visitors were greeted with ominous vibes and a timer counting down to the spot’s airtime.
